Race for the Cure 2009

Today was the 2009 Southwest Florida Susan G. Koman Race for the Cure and this year Nils and Shaylee participated too. Shaylee even had her own race day shirt! The excitement even her up and running, just like a real racer. She would alternate between riding in the stroller and running (walking was not in her list of options...if she was out of the stroller she was running- her choice, I promise!)

She looked mighty cute running in her race! She thought she was really racing (even though we were in the very back of the race and finished the 3 mile walk in a little over an hour). Here is some cute pics we got:
